Scope of work
We provide software, hosting, automation, website operations and technical support services by agreement with each client. The exact scope, timing, access and deliverables are agreed separately for each project or support request.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, required permissions, and access needed to complete the agreed work. The client is also responsible for reviewing public-facing content and business claims before or after publication.
Google Business Profile services
MUSOSOFT provides technical support for Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Search Console, hosting, automation and website operations for selected clients. Google Business Profile is provided by Google at no extra cost; MUSOSOFT charges only for agreed technical support, consulting, setup, troubleshooting, or management work.
The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of all business information, including business name, address, service area, phone number, website, opening hours, photos, categories, services and customer-facing claims.
MUSOSOFT may recommend changes to comply with Google Business Profile policies, but Google makes the final decision about profile visibility, verification, suspension, reinstatement and ranking.
MUSOSOFT will not knowingly create or manage Business Profiles for ineligible, fake, duplicate, misleading or non-compliant locations.
Google Business Profile support work may include:
- profile setup and access management;
- business information updates, categories and service areas;
- photos, posts and basic profile maintenance;
- support with appeals and policy-related troubleshooting;
- Google Ads location assets and technical account troubleshooting.
Permission, ownership and access
MUSOSOFT manages Google Business Profiles only for clients who grant permission. The client remains the Primary Owner or Owner of their Business Profile at all times.
MUSOSOFT may be added as Manager or through a Google Business Profile organization account only to perform agreed work. We do not claim, edit, appeal or manage a profile without client approval.
Clients can request removal of MUSOSOFT access at any time. After a client request, we will remove our access or help transfer access back to the client as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 7 business days.
No special Google relationship
Unless explicitly stated with current proof, MUSOSOFT is not claiming to be Google, an official Google agency, a Google Partner, or able to influence Google decisions through special access.
Access and security
We use client-provided access only for agreed work. Clients can ask us to remove, transfer or rotate access when it is no longer needed, subject to practical security and operational requirements.
No guarantees
We work carefully, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, Google Maps ranking, profile approval, reinstatement, review removal, review generation, advertising performance or search placement.
We do not guarantee Google Maps ranking, profile approval, reinstatement, review removal, review generation, or any specific placement in Google Search or Maps. Google Business Profile decisions are made by Google.
Reviews
We do not create fake reviews, request 5-star reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or ask employees, contractors or unrelated people to review a business. Review requests must be sent only to real customers and must ask for honest feedback.
